Storyline
In the bustling underbelly of Kolkata, Rik, a man of raw courage and deep-seated anger, tasked with recovering a large sum from a bedridden debtor, crosses paths with Jhinuk, a fiercely protective daughter struggling under the weight of her father’s illness and mounting financial pressure. Standing amid the wreckage, Rik makes Jhinuk a promise: as long as he is around, no one will harm her or her family again. Rik’s silent protection of Jhinuk begins to slip into something deeper as he shadows her daily life, quietly warding off trouble. But when his feelings start to blur the lines between guardian and pursuer, tensions rise. As Rik juggles his rough debt-collecting duties with fleeting moments of quiet connection, Jhinuk wrestles with conflicting feelings—gratitude toward the man who protected her and resentment toward the world he represents. Jhinuk finally starts her own dream school for kids with help of Rik. As mistrust and danger close in, both Rik and Jhinuk are forced to question where their loyalties truly lie.
